I think these expressions of love (the special "treatment") include: bathing, sex, emergency appointments, maybe walking naked, helping (forcing) other patients to have orgasms, and deciding who to undress.

In the last two items, helping (forcing) other patients to have orgasms and deciding who to undress, to some extent, Harper is transferring "power" to PC. According to the previous Q&A, Harper should be a controlling person. This kind of power transfer that can determine the operation of a mental hospital should not be a common treatment for all patients...

What I find interesting about walking naked and having sex with dogs is that Harper allows PC to do it while allowing others to watch, but only watch. 不管是他介入PC還是（他給予權力使）PC可以介入他的治療......有趣的是「干預」與「旁觀」正好相反......某種程度上、是的，某種程度上，當我們選擇與哈珀建立醫患關係時就已經是不可能逃離的了......。
